Our spring rummage sale will be May 5-6.
We would gratefully accept donations, preferably after April 15.
We are also in need of volunteers to help set up and work at the sale.

St. Patrick’s Day Party
On March 16, Chuck Gust entertained our residents
with accordion music, and festive treats were served.
Bingo was also played.

CrafTeas
A new program at St. Anne’s is the
monthly “CrafTea,” an evening sponsored
by the Grand Forks Area Catholic Women’s group,
where residents get to interact with visitors who come
to work on craft projects while enjoying tea.
Fun is had by all.

Visits from Winship Students
Children from various grades
frequently come to spend time with our residents,
working on fun projects and playing games.
We so appreciate this opportunity for intergenerational
leaning and interaction.

Mardi Gras Party
Ladies from St. May’s Church
came and called bingo for us.
Residents also enjoyed special goodies.

Memorial Mass for Sr. Rebecca
On January 21, we had
a special memorial Mass in our Chapel
for Sr. Rebecca Metzger,
who died of cancer on January 17.

Christmas Party
We had an enjoyable Christmas party this past December,
with festive music by Chuck Gust,
an entertaining holiday reading by Maureen Dorsher,
and even a visit from Santa!

St. Mary’s Bingo
The ladies from St. Mary’s Church
were able to come back again
to hold their popular bingo party
for our residents on November 15.

a number of people and pets gathered
in the Activity Room for this annual blessing.

6St. Anne’s Week
We had a lot of fun the week of July 24-30,
as we honored our patroness, St. Anne.
We had Dress Up Day, Sports Day,
St. Anne’s Shirt Day, Colorful Sock Day, Western Day,
and Pajama Day, with Patriotic Day set for Saturday.
We also had a nice celebration on St. Anne’s Day, July 26,
with a special lunch and party.

Jubilee Celebration for Sister Elaine
This summer, Sr. Elaine is celebrating 60 years in Religious Life! Although there will be festivities at the provincial house in Hankinson, we held a celebration here at St. Anne’s, too, for those unable to attend there: Thursday, June 20th at 2 p.m.
