Monthly rent for our affordable housing (HUD) apartments is calculated based on an individual’s income (including a percentage for assets), with deductions made for medical expenses. Apartment residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for their monthly rent. The balance of the contract rent is subsidized by the Federal Government’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program.
This current fiscal year, the daily fee for residents in our Basic Care unit is $140. This includes meals, snacks, nursing services, laundry, housekeeping, etc.
